Kim Kardashian has officially filed for divorce from Kanye West after seven years of marriage.
Their marriage hit the rocks in 2020 while Kanye West was campaigning for the US presidency.
According to TMZ, Kim is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their four children.
It was confirmed by a representative from the reality star, saying the divorce is “amicable,” and that Kardashian is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s four kids. Kanye is fine with the joint custody arrangement and they are both in agreement to co-parenting together.
The divorce paper was filed by disso queen, Laura Wasser, but it did not contain a date of separation.
It was also learned that both parties are neither contesting the prenup and are already far along in reaching a property settlement agreement.
They got married in Italy in May 2014. They have four children; North, Chicago, Psalm and Saint.
