Foreign Investors Pulled Out #433.15bn in 11 Months

According to punch online news today, foreign investors have withdrawn a total of #433.15bn in 11 months beginning from January 2020 to November 2020 compared to same period last year 2019 of a total of #481.96bn, a new report by the Nigerian Stock Exchange on yesterday.
The Stock Exchange in its domestic and foreign portfolio report stated that foreign inflows into the market fell from #397.44 in 2019 to #226.13bn in 2020 ( year -to -date).
Total transactions at the nation’s bourse increased by 29.77% from #244.90bn (about $634.55m) in October 2020 to N317.81bn.( about $813.87m).
However the total value of domestic transactions executed outperformed that of foreign investors in the month of November 2020 by about 58%.
