1 min read

In a swift reaction and move to clear its name from any corrupt allegations levelled against its members, the speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila has given the Minister of Niger Delta Commission (NDDC) Godswill Akpabio a 48 hours ultimatum to publish names of corrupt lawmakers that benefited from contracts in the NDDC saga.

One can confidently say that the battle line is drawn between the Lawmakers and the Minister of Niger Delta, Senator Godswill Akpabio as the latter is said to be fixed in-between the devil and the deep blue sea.

Will Akpabio summon the courage to name those Lawmakers that have been alleged to have had their hands in the cooking jar and got contracts from the NDDC that has suddenly become a theater of corruption and a mockery institution/ parastatal ?

We await the deadline and ultimatum as we shall keep you posted.
